1.      Purpose

A.    What the authors main argument ?

The main argument in this journal is strategies based instruction to improving adult in Turkey about speaking skills. And this journal using quantitative and qualitative method.

B.     List and explain the author reasons for his/her main argument ?

The reason author is speaking English skill very important to communication for all people in the world. English language is lingua franca. So, in this journal, the aim is to improve about speaking English skills in Turkey.  Also, how to based strategies about improve and fluently using speaking English language to adult EFL learners.
