1What is the reader’s point of view ?
English
language is International language or lingua
franca. In Turkey, English language is foreign language. So, all student in
the turkey should learn English language. And then, speaking language very
important to communication with all people in the world. So, the teachers using
based strategies instruction to all people can speak English fluently. The strategies
or method to improve speaking skills in Turkey is using quantitative and
qualitative data. Quantitative and qualitative data is very different. Qualitative
data which were collected by researcher’s diary, minute papers, and pre and
post semi-structured interviews played a central role so as to advocate the
findings attained from the speaking strategies questionnaire and pre and post
speaking tests. But,
Quantitative data is using research from all student in Turkey or in the
school. and usually it is very accurate.
Have
several strategies to improve speaking skills in EFL, such as :

Teaching about short question and answer
·
Presentation phrase
·
Practice phrase, and
·
Evaluate phrase.
